Stephan is founder and CEO of leading private accommodation marketplace 9flats, previously Stephan founded Qype which he built into Europe’s largest local review web site, first as CEO and then on the board of directors until Qype was acquired by Yelp in 2012. Before starting Qype, he was COO for DocMorris, Europe’s largest mail order pharmacy, acquired in 2008. Alfonso (b. 1977) started his first company aged 19, an IT-consulting firm in Basel, Switzerland. He then went on to invest the cashflow into new ventures including in 1999 just before the bubble bursted, lost most of his investments and learned a lot. With 24 he became CEO of (now, 4 days after 9/11 and established the service as nr 2 in the Swiss eBrokerage market. With the IPO of Xing in 2006 where Alfonso served as part of the country management for Switzerland he finally makes up for some bubble write offs and takes a year off to attend MIT as a Sloan Fellow. in 2009 Alfonso takes over the CEO position of, growing the existing business and establishing the service in the top 3 sites and mobile apps in Switzerland and eventually co-initiates the merger with the official directories and yellow pages providers under brand. He now serves as MD of FutureVents Private Equity, his personal investment & consulting boutique and spends his time between Hamburg and Zurich. Alfonso likes to travel, good food and sailing.

in 2010, at the age of 26, Katharina founded her first company, an HR agency ( with a strong focus on the online market. Since then, she is its Managing Director in charge of the strategic agenda and overseeing the company's operations. She also supports and consults numerous start-ups in their recruiting effort and provides HR Interims Management together with her team.

Additionally, Katharina supports selected start-ups in their market entry and team-building as well as with small investments through her holding company Wolff Ventures GmbH founded in 2012. Felix Menden

Kashmira's introduction to entrepreneurship came at a young age when she used to volunteer for the organisation, Development Education International Society (DEIS) in Pune, India, an organisation solely dedicated to develop enterprise education for school children and inculcate entrepreneurship values in rural communities in India. Her Masters in Biological Photography and Imaging from the University of Nottingham, UK really honed the skills of business, financial and advertising planning to start a photography business. This was followed by a short work experience at the United Nations in Nairobi, Kenya where she could put all her creative and entrepreneurship skills to use by planning and executing shoots in different parts of Nairobi. Carsten Wille was managing a family company from 1993 until 2001, from which he resigned in 2002 to pursue his university diploma. After his graduation, he started developing the practical support program of the Leuphana University Lüneburg for startup founders together with the faculty for Entrepreneurship. Since then he conducted thousends of consulting interviews with aspiring entrpreneurs and supported hundreds of startup projects. It's not easy sticking a label on Jeremy. Born in Vietnam and raised in Minnesota and Texas, Jeremy is more American than Vietnamese but resides in Germany with his German/Swedish wife and two boys. Jeremy's higher education has landed him in such diverse places such as Wisconsin, Germany, and Italy. It was in Italy that his focus moved away from the screen and into physical computing.

In 1996 he co-founded Fork Unstable Media in Hamburg, 2001 co-founded Truth Dare Double Dare in NYC and in 2012 created the branding and UX/IxD/UI for start-up Stuffle. Most recently, Jeremy joined Google Germany as their Creative Evangelist.
